Juan Carlos Del Valle is a missionary, crusade evangelist, author, mentor, and leadership coach with more than 35 years of ministry experience spanning over 20 nations. First ordained as a youth evangelist and later commissioned into apostolic ministry by New Life International, he has devoted his life to proclaiming the transforming power of Jesus Christ to the lost, the hurting, and those seeking hope.

JC Del Valle Story

Juan Carlos’s ministry journey began during a remarkable movement of the Holy Spirit that swept through the Methodist Church in Cuba in 1989. At the time, he was working as a research biotechnologist at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Havana. After being appointed as a youth pastor, he quickly emerged as a national leader and became the first officially recognized Methodist youth evangelist in Cuba.

  • In 1993, he was elected President of the Methodist Youth League, leading a generation of young believers during a season of spiritual renewal that significantly impacted the life and future of the Cuban Methodist Church.

After decades of traveling, preaching, and serving alongside leaders across cultures and denominations, Juan Carlos recognized that one of the Church’s greatest needs was not simply more ministry, but healthier, stronger, and more emotionally resilient leaders. Drawing from a lifetime of ministry experience and a deep understanding of the principles that govern God’s Kingdom, he has dedicated this season of his life to mentoring and equipping the next generation of pastors, leaders, and influencers. Today, he travels extensively, speaking in churches, conferences, and leadership gatherings on biblical leadership, inner healing, emotional resilience, personal transformation, and practical Kingdom strategies that empower leaders to flourish in both ministry and life.

How I met My Wife

Juan Carlos met his wife, Kimberly, in Tulsa in 1993. They have been married for 31 years and are blessed with two sons, Joshua Michael and Caleb Wesley. As a family, they share a deep love for the outdoors and enjoy activities such as big game hunting and spearfishing (free diving). They also enjoy spending time together assembling puzzles, playing guitar, and appreciating the fine arts.

Together with his beloved wife, Kim, Juan Carlos has planted three churches in the United States and has spent decades investing in pastors, leaders, and influencers who are passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God. He is widely recognized for his passionate preaching, authentic leadership, and unwavering commitment to communicating God’s Word with clarity, compassion, and boldness. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with a broad network of pastors and ministry leaders who serve as trusted friends, partners, and fellow laborers in the Gospel.
