Every church and leadership team today is navigating seasons of pressure, transition, and unseen fatigue beneath the surface. What leaders often need is not more responsibilities, but  clarity, restored strength and grounding direction that can be lived out Monday through Saturday.

Juan Carlos Del Valle speaks from decades of pastoral leadership, mentoring, and real-life experience in both ministry and personal life. His message is not theoretical—it is forged through seasons of personal refinement. He will paint a vivid picture of the refining work God does in leaders through seasons of pressure, transition, and testing.

His teaching bridges biblical truth and practical leadership wisdom, helping leaders confront what is often unspoken: burnout, hidden pressure, identity fatigue, and the cost of carrying others while neglecting oneself.

Travel and Expenses

For all out-of-area engagements, I kindly request that the following be covered:

  • Round-trip travel (airfare or mileage)
  • Ground transportation (rental car, rideshare, or local transport)
  • Reasonable meals during the stay
  • Hotel Accomodations

These are standard ministry expenses and help ensure that I can serve with full focus and excellence.

Honorarium and Ministry Partnership

I consider every speaking opportunity a shared moment of service to churches, leaders and to those navigating seasons of leadership, transition, and personal growth.
My focus is to bring clarity, encouragement, and spiritual grounding to leaders and congregations through a message forged over decades of pastoral experience and refined through the realities of leadership in both ministry and life.
Because each church context is unique, I do not set a fixed speaking fee. Instead, I operate in partnership with each ministry.

Ministry Resources

When appropriate, I may bring books or teaching resources to share. Churches are welcome—but not obligated—to provide a space for a resource table.

Honorarium Guidelines

For planning purposes, most churches typically extend an honorarium that reflects the size of their congregation and the nature of the engagement. This may range from modest offerings in smaller congregations to more substantial honorariums in larger churches, conferences, or leadership gatherings.

I simply ask that each honorarium be prayerfully considered and communicated in advance when possible.

My goal is never to place a financial burden on a church, but to enter each assignment with freedom, excellence, and mutual honor.

I am grateful for every invitation and consider it a privilege to serve pastors, leaders, and congregations in every setting.
